To Login please click here. In the Control Panel you will see the following options:

PERSONAL INFORMATION: You must complete the forms with your e-mail, adress, etc. It is very important to keep them updated because that is the information that PicassoNet.com will use to contact you in case of a purchase.

PASSWORD: You can change your password periodically.

BIOGRAPHY: You have to complete with your biography information and you can edit it whenever you want. You can also add a picture to your profile.

YOUR GALLERY ADDRESS: To access your gallery directly you have to type www.picassonet.com/yourname/ in the Internet Explorer.

EXPIRATION DATE: Although your expiration date is shown, we will contact you 2 weeks before. This option appears only in the Plan PREMIUM.

ADD ARTWORK: By clicking that option you can start uploading the images of your artworks. Between brackets you will see the number of images available to upload, depending on the PLAN you have chosen.

UPLOADING IMAGES AND ARTWORKS INFORMATION

* When you add an artwork you must complete the forms with all the information about it like the name, technique, size and the prize if you want to sell it or the Only exhibition box if the artwork is not for sale.

a) MEDIA: You will have to choose your artwork media. For example: Painting, Sculpture, etc.

b) FILE: Search the file on your PC with the BROWSE button.

c) POSITION: Indicates the position in which the image will be shown. The position 1 means that it will be the first image, the position 2 the second and so on.

d) NAME: You have to complete this form with the artwork name in small letters without '' '', example: The Lake.

e) STYLE Y TECHNIQUE: You must label the style and technique option that most fit to your artwork. This is an obligatory item.

f) HEIGHT y WIDTH: Complete only with numbers and in cms.

g) YEAR: Complete only with numbers.

h) FRAMED, SIGNED, ONE OF A KIND AND AWARED: If you label these options you will see them in the artwork description.

i) PRICE: The price is shown in U$D and only in numbers, example: 1000
You should label the ONLY EXHIBITION box if the artwork is not for sale or otherwise the SOLD box. If you don't specify any value on the price, the system will automatically consider the ONLY EXHIBITION option and the artwork will not be available for sale.

J) EXTRA INFORMATION: You can add, for example, if the artwork has a special frame or any information you consider is important to show.

Then, you just have to press the SEND buttom and the artwork will be uploaded!

PENDING QUESTIONS

Here you will be able to reply your pendind questions. Users can contact you through your gallery but the questions and answers that contain personal information will not be approved by the verification system.
