Service Terms

This virtual document contains the General Conditions that regulate the hiring of the virtual exhibition service that is offered by PicassoNet.com.


By clicking ‘I accept conditions terms’  below, the contracting part of the service, referred as ‘The Artist’, confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepts each one of the conditions that comprise this virtual document, and that it is his/her desire to contract the services of PicassoNet.com.


CONDITIONS OF SERVICE


1. The artist guarantees that the artworks he/she publishes on PicassoNet.com, except through Secondary Market, are only artworks created by him/her and allows PicassoNet.com to sell them on the internet.

2. The exhibition has no cost if the artist sign up the PLAN FREE. The artist will pay US$ 49.99 if he/she sign up the PLAN PREMIUM.

3. The artist is responsible for the updating of his/her artworks published on PicassoNet.com.

4. The artworks’ prices are published by the artist in US dollars. The artist must publish artwork with 'Sold' or 'Exhibition only' if is not for sale.

5. PicassoNet.com receives a 20% (plan Free) and 10% (plan PREMIUM) commission on the sale of artwork.

6. The artist must sign a ''Cerificate of Authenticity'' for each of his/her artworks sold by PicassoNet.com, when so requested by PicassoNet.com.

7. The artist may sell on his/her own, or through a dealer or a gallery, any of the artworks he/she has published on PicassoNet.com but must immediately update the satus of the artwork on the site.

8. The artist is responsible for regularly updating his/her biography, personal information and artwork information.

9. The term of this contract is twelve (12) months. The contract may be renewed automatically on the PLAN FREE and simply with an annual payment, or by equal-payment periods on the PLAN PREMIUM.

10. The contract may be terminated, prior to its 12-month expiry date, by either the artist or PicassoNet.com.
