Authenticity

PicassoNet.com has partner agreements with respected galleries and dealers, and many of the finest established and emerging artists. We also have our own in-house art experts to let you be confident in your purchase decision. Most of our artworks are signed (and numbered, in case of editions) by the Artist. Due to the nature of the art, if the artwork is not signed by the Artist, a signed Artist's Authenticity Statement, may be available, upon your request. This document certifies the artwork's authorship, the title, year of creation, and dimensions. However in some cases, where the Artist is deceased for example, this document may not be available

Furter, we can also provide you with an Independient Party Endorsement with your pourchase of a Picassonet.com artwork. Please let us if you would like an Independient Party Authenticity Endorsement by sending us an e-mail at

No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

A 7-day return policy makes your purchase at PicassoNet.com completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping) or an exchange, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork. Returns must be suitably insured. Please let us know if you would like to return the artwork by calling us at +54 (011) 15-5226-6380 or by e-mail at info@picassonet.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through the process.

If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at info@picassonet.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please call Customer Care immediately on +54 (011) 15-5226-6380 or e-mail us at info@picassonet.com . Our Customer Care representative will guide you through your options. These will include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

 

 

Secured Transaction & Privacy Protection

When you make an online purchase, PicassoNet.com uses an encrypted communication channel, i.e., a secured link between your browser and our website to encrypt and protect your information. Hence, your personal information, including your name, credit card number and address, cannot be read when it travels across the Internet.
