If I do not have access to a computer or Internet, can I still exhibit on PicassoNet.com?

Although the fastest way of communicating is via email, we can also process your application and work with you using traditional mail and/ or fax. We do, however suggest that artists are connected with email. Nowadays there are plenty of public accesses to Internet, even in the remotest of places. |
If I am already represented by a gallery, can I still exhibit on PicassoNet.com?

However, if the work you have also exhibited on PicassoNet.com is sold via another channel, we simply ask that you notify us. What are the digital images specifications?

* The file must be JPG format.
* The largest size must be 500 pixels and the shorter size must be proportional.
* The artwork must be centered.* No walls, backgrounds or borders can be seen.
* It is not allowed to upload images with people behind the artwork that do not belong to the artwork topic.
* The image must not be pixeled.

How can I have digital images made of my work?

| You can check your Yellow Pages for photo laboratories in your neighbourhood, who offer digitalisation of slides and negatives. You should be sure that they digitalize your images at the highest quality setting and to our strict specifications If you have experience in digitalisation, and have access to the relevant equipment and programmes, then you can go ahead and digitalize the images yourself. How do I deliver sold artworks to buyers of my art?

Generally, we let artists pack their own artwork for shipping, as they know better than anybody the care needed in this process. As you know, you do not have to worry about the cost of shipping, as all shipping costs are reimbursed by PicassoNet. |
Is my artwork insured whilst in transit?

Does the customer have the right to return the artwork after they have bought it?

| We assure all our customers with a money-back returns policy, by notifying us within 7 days of their receipt of the artwork. Under such circumstances, PicassoNet immediately notifies the artist. This policy not only ensures that the customer is confident when buying through PicassoNet.com, it also means that you, the artist, are assured that we do everything in our power to promote and market your work, in a responsible and thorough way. Of course, in the event of an artwork being purchased and then returned by a customer, the artwork is fully covered by a comprehensive insurance policy at all times. |
Once my work is sold through PicassoNet.com, how am I be paid?

| Upon sale of your artwork, you will receive an amount equal to your sales price for the artwork, less our sales commission. You will also be reimbursed should you have incurred any shipping and packing expenses. All sales are reimbursed within 10 days of receipt of the sold artwork by the buyer. You will be paid directly to your bank account by a bank wire, by a check, personally, by PAYPAL or Western Union. Upon sales of your artworks, we guide you through the entire process, from shipments to payments. |
Can I still sell through other channels?

Yes. You may continue to promote and sell your artworks through all other channels, including your own website. Naturally, if you sell your artwork through other channels, such as your local galleries, you are not required to pay us a commission. Further, while the resolution of your artwork images on PicassoNet.com is optimal for online viewing, it cannot be used for publishing purposes. Your images on PicassoNet.com are only available for the express purpose of viewing the Website. All artwork images are subject to United States and International copyright laws.
